Kegel exercises, also known as pelvic floor exercises or simply Kegels are also very effective in controlling premature ejaculation. It is a way of releasing the stress stored in the PC muscles due to sexual anxiety or performance related fears. Exercising these muscles for at least six minutes thrice a day gains an obvious improvement in muscle control and this in turn leads to control of early ejaculation.
