When you carry out soccer drills daily, it is a good idea to distribute them between different segments so that there is a better understanding of results and expectations. Also, include details such as strengths and weaknesses of various players so you know which player needs to focus more on the exercises.
• Getting ready for the session: It is now general knowledge that players must warm up their bodies before they start working with the actual drills. If the kids do not get warmed up properly, it can lead to problems on and off the field. Make the kids do five minute warm-up exercises and that should be enough. Just make them do a small run or may be have them dribble the ball that ultimately not just warms them up but also develop or enhance their dribbling skills.
